I am a retired special ed teacher of 25 years.  My love of baking started when I was a child and I would bake with my Mother and grandmother.

In our bakery, our signature recipe is Carrot Cake that is my Grandmother's recipe.  We feature organic ingredients and everything is made from scratch. Everything is sold by the slice in store, and whole cakes and pies require a 48 hr notice.
